Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zepar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter father left him crippled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
