Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
