Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Chay began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: Purson is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Purson was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barrister business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and money/treasure

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears bulky grey painted plate armor. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Herbalist born in the past three hundred years. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
