Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
