Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born into a rich family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Apothecary and was forced into it by his family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Skog was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Skog's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Skog and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He sports a flattop fur cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Tricking was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tricking's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Clerebold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his religion dominates his actions
