History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Jeweler and was forced into it by his family; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
