Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quarion does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his music dream.
