History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Burgell enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
