Description: This late middle aged man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured and is in decent physical shape. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Adventurer business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Vanuath alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Watson has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Voice: Speaks with squeezed throat

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is physically well-built. His white hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hamil embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a sailor again
