After coming to the age of reason, Hoshû took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has moderate length silver hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Ûggû was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ûggû fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
