History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
