Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a grey costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He has wavy brass crest. He has a dull look in his red eyes.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, William never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
