History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has a hunchback. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.
