Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paggen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.
