History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Burto was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
