History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Pikar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
