History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Modean was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After months of barely getting by, Modean managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
