History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Crampernap was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to unite with his brother
