Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a grey broad hat and grey clothes. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 56. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Paymon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a black tunic with white highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lamlis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Lamlis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and sabotage a competitor
