Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A true patriot, Alexandre would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location.
