He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cairn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Robert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
