History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Percival isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Percival enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
