Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Efferil was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
