History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Soapmaker born in the past three hundred years. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Traubon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Traubon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and retire the richest man in the east
