With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to clean up the streets
