Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with his god.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gimgen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
