History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Silvo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dayereth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged man is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and violet handkerchief worn on his right side and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair is long and unkept. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Raer took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Cartwright soon after.
