History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Merchant profession.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Kûga's homeland. Kûga decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kûga fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
