History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rhogar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rhogar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
