History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and gnomish compassion

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a shortspear on his belt. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
