Description: This late middle aged man dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Kilvar was born with his father's beautiful face. Kilvar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kilvar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
