Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a large black jacket and is in decent physical shape. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
