History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Maagog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Maagog was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Banker. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trail grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.
