History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gennal grew up listening to his father's many stories. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Tharivol was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tharivol's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and an old rival family wants him found
