History: Nelkin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Tethren was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tethren's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Mason.
