Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and carries axes. He keeps his long purple hair kept up in a rat tail. His gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has golden hair. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Quarion enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born in the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a ruler again

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Golm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Golm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: He is a mite stocky and dresses like a well dressed Barber does. His black hair is knotted and matted. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in the south to a Barber, Curran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
