His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Tomi was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman.
