History: Born in the north to a Priest, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dean. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
