History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Raer reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
