Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and seeks redemption

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chay grew up listening to his father's many stories. Chay abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
