Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the south to a Hunter, Hunter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
