History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels threatened by others

He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
