Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gimgen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and expand his business

Description: A 3'2" northern man, he likes to wear tan tank tops with red pants. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nelkin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He carries a battered dagger and tarnished scimitar as well. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length blue hair. His eyes are a pleasant black.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others
