Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Paelias was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
