Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ûgakûga's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cressel never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Kelter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Kelter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kelter studied abroad. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
