History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Gerald was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Hunter job and began his own company from there.
