As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Rangrim was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
