Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arannis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
