Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Brewer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Brewer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
