History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
